Since last update, I can not get any initial tags. I have to wait and resubmit when I am home in my own wifi setting. And yes, they do come through then, but I paid for the extra upgraded features in this app and expect to receive them. Just a glitch in the software I am assuming!???? Also, Shazam used to offer as a setting when you opened the app, the tapping process begin would immediately begin. Why was this taken away?? Very handy while driving. Would LOVE to see this return. Have missed it greatly. Otherwise, I have used this app for years and am happy with it. It's a staple for me. 👍 Please fix bug and consider bringing back the auto tapping!! 😢

Rarely works
In most situations, this app is useless. It honestly does not recognize many songs, despite having placed my phone directly next to a speaker, and causes more frustration than solution.

What happened???
This was a great app until a few days ago. All of a sudden it stopped tagging songs. After a few phone restarts the app would just shut down as soon as I went to resend the tags. When this app works though it's great.

Not working any more
It used to identify songs in the Barnes and noble where I go. Not any more! 3 days! Wifi or 3G! 6 different songs! First response of the app: something wrong happened, cannot send this song, click unsubmitted tags! Second: when you click it, it says click to resend, and then you get the wham! Sorry no match! Where is my money? Refunds!!!

It's okay
It's not a good app to use if you tryin to find out a gospel song. But they know all these sex songs!
