Not a bad app, but could be better
It's nice having a chronology of the Tsars at your fingertips, and the web integration is a nice touch, but my biggest complaint is the writing - the biographies need an editor, pronto. The writing is choppy and at times chronogically confusing. It really mars what might have been a decent app. At least for $.99, you're not wasting a lot of money.
