Elegant UI, Convenient Message Format, Great for visual design review
Proof provides a convenient, elegant way to annotate photos and such objects as may be presented in photos - for instance, arts and crafts items, or abstract data structures rendered with graphical representations. Though web page annotation support is not available in version 1.0.2, but in developing a workaround for the web design use case, Proof can nonetheless be integrated with web screenshot applications (eg in the iCab browser for iOS platforms) for screenshotting a webpage to the photo roll, then annotating with the Proof app. Proof's elegant UI may be the most immediately attractive feature of the application. The UI - using a novel, radial selector - makes it very easy to color-code the annotation (Drop) markers, for expressive flair. Additionally, the desktop-friendly PDF format support - for sending annotations via email - makes it easy to integrate Proof into a normal visual object annotations workflow. Proof is an easy app to use - not cluttering the essential feedback workflow with any application complexity, but rather, presenting a simple, straightforward, moreover elegant UI. The PDF support makes it good for the designer, in the workflow, too. Possible Applications may include: Client/User Feedback; Internal Quality Assurance; Internal Design Reviews

Tactile and Simple
This app is great for sharing designs with clients who aren't designers themselves and don't have access to fancy..AND expensive... AND complicated design tools. As someone who thinks visually and concretely, I've often resorted to printing out a storyboard, design or layout on a piece of paper, adding comments and changes on Post-It notes (with multiple arrows or byzantine labeling systems!), scanned it and then emailed it back to the designer and hoped for the best... This app makes me look more professional, makes my design team not hate me and gives my clients a concrete way to collaborate in the design process.

Helpful for Illustration Annotation
Proof has been very helpful when annotating my rough illustrations with clients. It's super simple, and sometimes that's all you need when you're getting feedback on work.
