Best of both worlds - Project mgmt and Team Collaboration
We considered many collaboration tools like Yammer which were good but they lacked Project Mgmt. We also tried some really known project mgmt tools including Basecamp (which we loved!) but it did not meet our expectation with the kind of team collaboration we were after. And then we tried Podio and it has impressed us with its rich feature set including Project Mgmnt, Recruitmemt, Lead generation mgnt along with facebook/yammer like enterprise team collaboration. The project mgmt etc apps are not the best out there buy you can actually build your app to suit your customised needs.

Great app!
I love being able to access so much from my phone! I just wish I could tag people in comments and statuses the way I can in the Web interface.

Fantastic tool
When I got tired of multiple emails and post-it notes of to do lists for a new restaurant build out, I sought a solution. I absolutely love the Podio apps and service. It's a fantastic product and easy to use!

Just WOW and goodbye Daylite.
I've been using Daylite on the Mac for 10 years. Until the day I found Podio. I fell in love. I haven't been this excited in a long time. Such a powerful and elegant, yet simple tool. It's increased our productivity tremendously. It's just a baby but I see a VERY bright future ahead. It's literarily YEARS ahead of Daylite.

Solid app but desparately needs offline tasks and caching
High powered mobile app with potential to be indispensable, but it currently has one MASSIVE FLAW -- it requires a live Internet connection to add tasks and view data etc. so it won't work in a subway or in a location where coverage drops. Deal breaker! Am I supposed to use another task app to capture just for these occasions!? Fail. Knowing Podio team they are working on a solution, but I've been patiently waiting for a while and am sure I'm not alone on this one.

Really good
I've never used podio much on the computer but this app does everything I need. I have training plans being sent through an app inside podio and it works great. I'm able view PDF files with ease in it and responding back to the coach is very straightforward. Overall I'm very pleased
