You're Kidding Right...?
Ok, developers, the point of an app is to avoid the ridiculous loading and small fonts of a website. It has good information. But for all time and headache, I'll just create a shortcut on my home screen go to the website.

Don't bother.....
If you are going to take the time to have an app, then actually provide mobile content for the app!?! Why on earth would I want to wait through the laborious loading process only to be met with your regular website? Here's a hint: I don't!!! As a dog rescue foster mom with 11-12 dogs in my house at any given time, I want....no, NEED....my information about sales, specials, etc in a more timely fashion. I've had your app for under 5 minutes at this point & after I finish typing this, will be deleting it from my phone. At this point, it is worthless! Go back to the drawing board and try not to be so damn lazy this time!?!

Just go to the webpage. Don't bother downloading this app!!!
To locate a service(like to find a PetHotel), it requires Flash Player. Apple doesn't use Flash Player, as the whole world knows. No search option. I didn't know what the Red ball stood for, then I saw the actual PetSmart logo. It's should just say PetSmart. It's just easier to go to the website.

Needs search
The "search" is really a browse tab. Otherwise good app, although I am on the iPad so quality is not great. For now I think I will use my bookmark

Needs work
It's not bad for a start, but it needs a "search" field, it should have shop by brand, and it should not redirect you to the website. I could've done that on my iPhone without the app. That's pretty much what I did. I closed the app and went to the website.

Terrible interface
Most links cannot be found if you want to look further at a product. Says page cannot be found or does not exist. Don't like to have to scroll thru hundreds of products in a particular genre when I want to look at something specifically. Get things right and have your links right and up to date along with the search then it may be a app worth your time looking into
