I'd rather use the website
I go to Petsmart at least twice a week, so I downloaded the app. Not only does it take forever to load, but instead of search, it just has browse. There is no place to refine your search, so you have to scroll through every item until you find what you want. Very frustrating. I just end up going into my browser for the full website!

Broken
With the time and money wasted on this app they could have instead built a mobile site that would work on any device and actually see regular support to keep it functioning.

Horrible
Horrible. Almost anything you click on for dogs says "this page is either unavailable or does not exist". Seriously? Then why is it showing up when you do a search? When you complete a search, all sorts of options will show up, but 8/10 of the items you click on will show up with this message. I only have a dog so that's all I search for, I can't speak for any other animal search except dogs. Fix this! It's absolutely ridiculous.

Webpage.
Great setup until you send me to the webpage with every option I choose. Not for me. Personalize this more, please.

You're Kidding Right...?
Ok, developers, the point of an app is to avoid the ridiculous loading and small fonts of a website. It has good information. But for all time and headache, I'll just create a shortcut on my home screen go to the website.
