OK by comparison...
This app isn't bad. Compared to Photo Notes (free) made by Angry Chicken, it comes up just a little short b/c Photo Notes lets you do sooooooo much for a free app. The one thing that this app has going for it, in my opinion, is that it lets you include emojis at their actual size in the captions; that's why I'm keeping it. I would suggest having the option of changing the color of the borders of the captions, though. Like I said, pretty ok & does what is says. I like that you can alter the opacity of the caption background.

Only one out there
This app seems like the only app available that lets you add your own captions to it.

This is about the only app that actually can add text to pictures and it does it very well! I use it all the time. Thank you!! Next update should be bold and italic font choices as well as center, left, and right alignment. Shadows for text would be very very good as well. Thank you, im looking forward to the next update!

doesn't save to device album :(
functionally the app is fine and wasn't too difficult to figure out. not sure if the paid version behaves differently (and maybe that is the hook to get you to to purchase) but when you have completed editing your photo, it saves to an app album and not the device album. not cool, not what I wanted plus I am leery of even a hint (even if I am making it all up watching too many eps of the X-Files) of the idea that 'someone' can look at my photos in 'their' app cloud.
