Good app, but...
I was going to buy the paid version because I really like this app. It does all the things I could ask for in a PDF reader. However, when I saw the price was ten bucks I thought, "No way!" That is asking a bit much, don't you think? I would have bought it if it were under three bucks, but ten is exorbitant in my opinion.

Love it!
I absolutely love this app. My first review of it was 3 stars because it was too blurry when zoomed and my eyes would start to strain after a while. Well, that's been resolved with the latest update and I love it. I'm a foreign language literature student so I read dozens of pages a day and I've tried several other apps trying to find the right one for me. Didn't like the other ones b/c their annotation capabilities were limited (and I make A LOT of notes so I need good annotation). Anyway, I "settled" for this one a couple of months ago even though it was a bit blurry because the annotation was that superior to other apps. So glad I did that b/c now that the zooming is high res it's perfect for me. The ads are tiny and located in the bottom left corner, so they don't intrude upon content very much. Every once in a while I'll hit the ad button with my thumb when I pick up or move my iPad from the bottom left corner... on the other hand, I'm a lefty so I'm guessing this may happen less frequently with righties. Still, that's a small price to pay for me.

Near perfect + free = 5 stars
There are so many good things to say about this app, I don't really know where to begin. I'll tell you, though, that it's been a great study tool for me. The ads aren't intrusive, either, if you're trying to find a free option out there. Plus, I'm pumped about the update allowing for high res zoom viewing - that was kind of a weird bummer at first, but it's taken care of now!

Need Folders & Web Download Capability
It is a great app with Good note taking functionality. However, there is no way to organize documents in folders, which can be a problem if there are multiple documents on your bookshelf. Also, there is no easy way to download documents off the web directly. If these two issues could be fixed, this app could be even better.

Needs work.
First off, I love the fact that this app is free. Kudos to that. As a basic PDF annotator it's ok. The use of the pen with different colors and shapes. Moving about the PDF document flows very easily.... However, there are some major drawbacks that I hope the developer can address in future updates to make this a better app. For example: 1. Cannot view the PDF annotations made in this app in other PDF readers. Does not make sense to annotate if you cannot view your notes in other readers like adobe or preview.. 2. Cannot annotate by typing. The developer promises to bring this in future updates, but it's still lacking. 3. Cannot search keywords within documents. 4. Cannot email single pages, only whole document. But if you annotate it, they can't read it anyways, so why bother... 5. Cannot delete or add pages, or duplicate them for that matter. 6. ADS!!! Becomes annoying and is at the bottom so at times will inadvertently press the ad button when trying to view bookshelf. These are just a few major drawbacks to this app. The developer promises to bring a paid version minus ads, but unless he tackles these major issues, I'm afraid this app is just not up to speed with the competitors.

Almost perfect.
I have been searching for a good app to annotate pdf's that I read for school and so far this is the best I've found! Even over paid apps! The controls with your finger makes things so easy and doesn't interrupt the flow of reading and the multiple colored highlighting is key! The only thing I'd like to see is a more organized library. I cant always tell which PDF is which on the bookshelf. It would also be nice to be able to organize several different bookshelves for different classes/subjects.
