Effective and good bang for your buck!
To those out there who made this app- bravo! Stress in the office is too much of the time ignored or looked upon as a weakness. I find myself sometimes trying these yoga moves or listnening to one of the meditations in the bathroom, and they have really helped take my mind off some of the daily issues I deal with at work. The stress test is also pretty accurate. I personally would like to see some more stress reduction techniques tailored to the results of the stress test. I'm looking forward to future updates. Thanks and keep up the good work!

I was getting back pain due to sitting all day in an office chair. This little app gives some great exercises that will make you more comfortable. Well worth the 99 cents.

This is amazing!
I downloaded this app during the price drop and I must say, I am amazed! The voice is so pleasing, the sounds, the instructions are great. I have been doing yoga since 1993 and I know a lot about relaxation, so coming from me it must mean something. I feel very relaxed and refreshed now even as I type. Thank you Office Harmony, you have made it to my short list of beloved apps. I'm going to tell everyone about you!

I love this app but have one issue. When listening to the meditation portion the recording is long enough that my phone goes idle and goes to sleep and the recording stops. Don't know if this can be fixed any other way than increasing the idle time before my phone goes to sleep, but if you could fix the app to work in sleep mode I would be one happy camper!!
