Very unhappy
NY Times is great, but their help and billing is a total mess. Also the font/text is almost unreadably small. If it weren't for the content, I'd stop my subscription . It's from "The" city, and I'm in the country - get you're act together. Your app is less sophisticated than the web page of our paper in a town of 20,000. Oh, and they even know how to bill properly "upstate!"

iOS 7 app constantly crashes
This is the only app in my crash report. Daily, new build on iPhone 5. In fact it's the only app I've installed.

Crashes frequently
Latest update with iOS 7 version crashes frequently, usually after midway through an article and precipitated by a routine downward scroll action.

Miss the "Open in Safari" feature
Everything about the new app is fine except that I miss the option to open in Safari.

Constant companion
I love this app and the new design is very clean and consistent with the overall iOS 7 UI philosophy. One defect I noticed is that hyperlinks in articles are very easy to accidentally trigger, for instance when simply scrolling down the page. I believe this is because they are are not touch-up-inside as they ought to be. I hope you can correct this in a future update. Thanks for the great app!

New update is lackluster
This interface is great and it's obviously nice to be continuously aware of what's happening in the world, but NYT removed one of the best features with the new update - the ability to define words right in the app, without wifi. Still will use it but supremely disappointed with this oversight/intended removal.
