Nice update but upcoming subscription prices are a bit steep
Very nice update, but the upcoming subscription prices are a bit ambitious and steep. Will I pay $15 to enjoy the Times on my laptop and iPhone - possibly. Will I pay an additional $20 to read it on my iPad - no way! Also, with the persistent NY Times logo taking up valuable pixels along with the persistent nav bar and banner ads, there is too little room left in which to explore content. It's hard to believe that a group of professional designers made such a choice.

Only 3 per day?
I can only read three articles per day?! Deleting the app. I'll get my news from WSJ and CNN.

3 of 3 articles
NY Times why the 3 of 3 articles on my phone and iPad? Way sad. I am going to delete your apps off my devices! Why don't you sell a subscription for three random days each week! Who can read your paper or any paper for that matter everyday. I just will read Bloomberg instead. Or when they change something else. Your becoming obsolete with this thinking and approach. What do you think we do after reading three articles stop searching for news? Many of us DO NOT have the time to read a paper each day. Those days are over. Rethink your business model.

Still connecting to network
All other apps work except this one, which is still "connecting to network." Canceling subscription in 30 min

Missing the "Save" Feature
Although the app is great and makes reading the paper much easier, it's tools are difficult to find and use. For example, the "Saving" button doesn't appear when reading the articles, thus making it impossible to save for later. I'm only a digital subscriber and the app is how I get my news best, and I do enjoy coming back to articles I've read later. If you're not going to have this feature, then remove the folder and create a starring one (like that on Twitter) or something where a reader can come back and read what they've saved.
