Gone backwards!
What happened with the iOS 7 version of this app?! The text resizing feature is gone. I don't want to have to change the text size on my whole iPhone to read articles on the New York times! Also, the article update version is gone so you do not know whether you are reading the latest update. The whole format of section access has changed for the worst. I am thinking of canceling my subscription.

I read the times from this app every morning on the subway to work. Since the app has been optimized to iOS7 it has been crashing every other time I open the app. At first I thought it was a network issue and turned off the auto update toggle. Still freezing and crashing. Re-installed the app with no change. Closed all other open apps and it crashed slightly less often… the phone is more than capable of having 5 apps open at once while I read the paper… I am a paid subscriber and can not use my subscription. Please fix this or I will have to cancel. And I do not want to do that. Thanks.

Crashes in the new ios
After the third crash this morning, I feel compelled to comment. I have three complaints: 1) the app crashes; 2) the hyper texting is to sensitive to touch constantly jumping to the links when my intent was the merely scroll; and, 3) the over night download is gone. This was a great app that I can no longer recommend.

Really bad user interface
Horrible interface - cannot adjust font size from within the app, can only adjust from within settings. All iPhone gestures have been disabled. Stuck the app within the newsstand app requires extra clicking to get into and out off. No wonder they are loosing money.

Very unhappy
NY Times is great, but their help and billing is a total mess. Also the font/text is almost unreadably small. If it weren't for the content, I'd stop my subscription . It's from "The" city, and I'm in the country - get you're act together. Your app is less sophisticated than the web page of our paper in a town of 20,000. Oh, and they even know how to bill properly "upstate!"
