Overall a good app, and the safest password app out there.
It's in general a great app, but the setup is a little awkward. You need to safe your passwords with the Identity Safe PC client, and you need to sync your passwords to Norton's online vault, otherwise the mobile app won't work. Also, there's currently no way for me to add new passwords from my phone/tablet. I'd like to see that function added in the future. Other than that, it's a solid app. The thing that really sold me is that it's free and that I can trust the company that makes the app - I know where my passwords are, and I know they won't do anything crazy with them.

WORTHLESS.
It doesn't even deserve one star. What a piece of crap. Doesn't give you access to your passwords. This thing is just a really STUPID web browser. Are you kidding me with this thing, Norton? Your company is going down the tubes.

Waste of time
LOVE Norton on my PC - have used it for years! Have wasted hours loading my vault to the net (now NOT available locally on my PC), retrieving it on my iPad 2, only to find (as have others), that all one gets is the icons and links to requested websites. All IDs and PWs still need to entered manually. The Norton help desk (usually outstanding) said, 'contact Apple.' TOTAL waste of time and effort. Very disappointing.

Disappointed in Norton
I just wanted to echo the concerns of the other reviewers relating to using Norton ID Safe with my IPad 3. I also spent an inordinate amount of time trying to figure this out. Expect more from Norton.

It is just a browser
I was expecting something else, like synchronization of my login data from my pc, not too much more than that. This is just one more browser and a very lame one. Fail.

Just glad I didn't pay for this waste of time
Let me just say how much I LOVE the PC version of this and have been extremely happy with it for years. It's incredibly easy and user friendly. When I bought an iPad2 earlier this year I'd read that Norton Identity Safe was going to be coming out with a companion app so I decided to wait even though it hasn't been very convenient not having my login info on the iPad. I figured it would be much more inconvenient to download another password app and have to input all of my information to set it up. Plus, Norton Identity Safe has been fabulous and super convenient for so many years so why change? Well, let me tell you...the time I wasted trying to make this work was a lot more than I would have spent inputting all my info on another app. After having to move my info online and sign up for a local vault, I was finally able to login to the app only to find out that NONE of the usernames or passwords will work, the only thing available on the app is an icon for each of the websites I need login and user info for. Awesome. Such an incredible waste of time, so not worth it. Norton, seriously. I can't believe you released such an incomplete and useless app. Would have been better to wait and get it right before you waste your customer's time with something that does nothing we couldn't do before by pulling up a website and inputting info. Your app just adds one more login password before I can get to the websites I want. What the hell? So disappointed.
