Extremely disapointed
They need to put this guy back in the oven and let it finish. With a company a large as Symantec, with as much resources as they have, you'd think they could easily get something like this to work properly. A password manager should melt into the background. Plain and simple. Actually, if I didn't realize it was there, it'd be doing it's job. The web client is very clunky in comparison to it's competition like LastPass and 1Password. And this iOS is all but unusable. I spent an hour on it the other night and am still confused on exactly what it does. Thank goodness it's free, they'd be in a world of hurt if someone actually paid money for this.

I've been waiting for a password manager app I can trust. Works exactly as expected. Thanks!

It's good on the pc but iPhone app is no good. I have my logins organized in folders on my pc and iOS app just has them all in very long list, also I can't see what my username and passwords are in the app! My pc websites are saved and the iOS app it takes me to mobile sites which is different so it doesn't fill in info. I thought i would be able to see all my folders and information that I have stored. All it does is saves the websites and fills it in IF its the desktop version which most of the time it's not. Wanted and expecting a lot more. I was expecting a really password manager. Really bad app. Hopefully will get better.

Inadequate app
Wrote an earlier review for the Mac app and the iOS version that hasn't been posted and probably won't be. I have since learned a couple of things about the process these apps use. First, you have to use the Norton web browser for iOS to get this to work. You can't use mobile Safari. And the Mac app, though it appears to automatically load all your passwords, does not. It lists them all _for importing_ but you have to import every password for every site INDIVIDUALLY. If you go to as many sites as I do, with different passwords everywhere I go, this can take a very long time. And I still couldn't get the Mac app to work in Safari on the Mac un less you access the site from the Norton list first. Then it's a toss-up as to whether it will work or not. secure web sites like banks do not seem to work. That may be a function of the site but I can use other tools to auto insert name and password for these sites. So why would I need Norton? I'm not certain. I just want a keychain for iOS that mirrors my Mac's and that works as easily with mobile browsers as keychain access does on the Mac with Safari. But this app isn't it.
