Weather still not working
I was hoping that this update would have fixed the one majorly broken issue in this app, the weather. However, it didn't, at least for Nixie, the primary clock face I use. I tried both feeds of weather and neither works in Nixie. Please fix this soon. Not in another 2-3 months.

Also adds advertising.
I happily paid for the previous version of this app, but this one seems intent on nickel-and-diming with the freemium model. This update adds ads upon launch. I would pay to unlock all skins and remove the ads. But not piecemeal.

Not worth the money
Night Stand HD 2 is not worth the money - the weather feature does not work either through location services or by searching for a location; and the interface is not very attractive. If you want to select any interface, you have to pay 99¢ for it. I had hoped that this was a good app because Night Stand Central (different developer) was crashing my sound firmware and the alarm would go off without sound. Both very disappointing.

SNOOZE AND OFF design flaw.
The snooze button, and the off button are RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER! That seems like a pretty big oversight. A sleepy thumb could turn off the alarm permanently, this causing you to lose your job and become destitute on the street.
