Good balance
In a political world of partisanship NEWSEY strikes a great balance.

Auto play
Definitely a lost star for lack of autoplay. It seems like that's a feature that's been taken out of the update. Still, there are a lot of good stories and its a way to keep up on ongoing news. The reporters are good and there are a variety of sources

Play list
I use to like newsy when it was playing one automatically from one story to another but now it is annoying for me because I usually watch while doing some work and to be stopping what I'm doing and clicking video is just not fun. I thought it was my settings but I have tried everything and it won't play automatically.

My "go to" with morning coffee
A lite weight news app for a quick look at the most news worthy stuff. Constantly improving with few bugs and glitches.

Potential
Newsy needs to get their advertising in line with their content. The ugly iAd bar at the bottom of the screen has to go — but I will /gladly/ watch video advertisements every 2nd or 3rd news story. Or, at the least, I'll pay you $1 - $2 to remove the iAd bar, and still sit through video advertisements. Just stop messin' up my iOS aesthetic. That's part of the reason I'm embedded in the Apple ecosystem; to not have to look at uncouth hardware or software.
