Upgrade was good and bad
Love some of the new features. However I miss the simple away/home switch. That needs to come back!!!

Hard to control
They need to provide a FAR easier means of spinning the dial on this. It is not bad, it is terrible

App ruined by temp control update
Way easier with the arrows! Now it's tricky and sometimes I turn on the ac unintentionally. Bring back the arrows please!!!

Really useful
Very useful app, works great. Had some connectivity issues several months ago, but fine now. An app I rely on.

Don't know why people are complaining about the arrows
I bought the nest about 3 weeks ago and installed it with 1 issue but not due to the nest. My relay switch went bad the day after I installed it. I did not get to use the arrows that people are talking about because I downloaded the new updated app. YOU CAN TAP ON THE UPPER OR LOWER PART OF THE TEMP AND IT WORKS FINE. My only complaint is that every so often when I try and adjust the temp with the app it doesn't connect to the device I have to go to the device and click it and then it will work on the app. Once they get this issue resolved then it is a 5 star app.

Works great
The app does exactly what it is supposed to. I see some revives saying that after an update it is harder to change the temp, this is not true. You can do it by touching the top and bottom of the screen as well as holding and rotating.
