The app is great...when it works. Won't connect to my thermostat even though it is connected to my network. Please fix this!!!

Great product.
Setup could not be easier. I happened to setup while updates were being done on their system and could not log into my account. I called cust. service and was assured it would be ready within a few hours. 20 minutes later I was up and running. I like it so much I purchased another one for my upstairs system. I do seem to have a problem with one that disconnects too often leaving me with no remote access. I found cust. service very helpful the first time I dealt with them and plan to call them for guidance. All in all a great product.

Get accustom to seeing a "?" on your mobile app. Intermittent connectivity, makes Nest as useful as t1ts on a porcupine.

Can't register thermostat
Got a new Nest thermostat, installed it in my house, but the mobile app will not accept my thermostat's I.D. number. The app doesn't even give an error message, it just deletes what I enter. Since Nest advertises that it can be accessed via the web, it should be accessible via the web. This has been going on for three days now. Is anyone reading these reviews at Nest Labs? Update on 1/3/2013: I reset the thermostat back to factory defaults, got a new Entry Code & entered it into the app. The mobile app now works correctly. The app is great, once you get your thermostat registered. Seems like Nest's servers are losing the Entry Codes. Resetting the thermostat and re-entering the necessary info was a pain, though.
