Super Convient
App works great and makes a great platform, Nespresso, even better. I am also happy to say that I just compared Nespresso capsule prices to both Krugg and Illy and they are much cheaper. I haven't tasted Illy's product yet but Nespresso is much better than Krugg.

Fail
The app said my order wasn't going through so I did my order online. Then I got 2 emails confirming 2 orders!

Works fine
First make sure the account information at the website is correct, minimum order is 50 capsules same as website. Much easier than ordering from the website. People with issues need to go on the website and make sure their account info is accurate, then just order from the ios device with auto billing.

Looks nice, doesn't work
Tried repeatedly and can't get an order placed. So frustrating! Please, Nespresso: FIX YOUR APP.

Still does not work
When are you guys going to fix this app? Really frustrating that I have to keep going to your website to place orders. Come on, this app can be fixed and be great!

Order sent to an alternate address
I had two issues with the app that may or may not effect anyone else. 1. CART ISSUE: After completing my cc information it said the shopping session had expired and instructed me to start over. I did that and the second try was successful. However, I discovered later that it had received my first order so I ended up with 2 orders (200 coffees!). Unlike a previous reviewer, I didn't have trouble ordering less than 50. 2. SHIPPING ISSUE: The delivery address shown on the screen was my own but the order actually shipped to my daughter in another state who I had sent coffee to over a year ago. I just placed another order and confirmed my mailing address was checked so we'll see where this one goes. The app is a great idea and is easy to use and I'd love to use it on an ongoing basis but so far it's been INACCURATE for me and I can't see a way to contact anyone to let them know about my order problem. So hopefully the tech team will read this review.
