Nice to look at terrible server response times
This app is beautifully designed and does the trick, but the response from the hosting server let's one think it is connected to the internet via a 28k modem. The response times are terrible.

It is a good thing that the coffee is good, because everything else about this process is brutal, especially this app. I should have listened to the reviews, instead I wasted an hour of my life thanks to Nespresso. Who do I send the bill to?

Not bad, but...
It needs to work natively in the iPad. Also, if you drill down on the description while on the order form and then return to the form it wipes out the quantities already entered. It would be really cool if I could preset my desired inventory and then wave the camera over the boxes I have and automatically order the difference.

Can't register
First, to do anything you have to register for the club at Nespresso.com. If you go to Nespresso.com using your iPad it will take you to the mobile site with no option to go to the regular website. There is no way to register on the mobile site. Very annoying.

Disappointed
Dear Nespresso, Your App User Experience is nothing in comparison to your highly designed machines and ad's. It is frustrating to see how little you care about details in this app. I'd love to see a new designed app with a clean beautiful UI and enhancements to it's usability.
