Nespresso needs a new interface guy
App does not let me sign in, despite having just confirmed my info over the phone. They have the most brilliant products and great phone support, but their web stuff is terrible, some of the most cumbersome, counterintuitive time-gobblers I've had to deal with. I still love them dearly, but I wish they had more navigable web tech. Or in this case, just a plain old functioning app would be a treat.

Get it
Love it. Love it. Love it. I especially love the order by history feature. I highly recommend this app.

To stay a premium brand you need to act premium...
Yehp, I agree with others - not a very premium offering here. I tied to add some capsules to order, and blank page. Dear Nespresso - CONVENIENCE to your customers translates to MORE orders. Inconvenience me, and there's a logical outcome...

Better no App at all than such a bad App!
Grottenschlechte App!

Functional, but so poorly designed it's amazing
This has to be one of the most cumbersome apps to use, which is totally at odds with the line of fantastic machines Nespresso has released. I run a mobile startup, so maybe my standards are high, but the developers who built this created something that's barely usable. It doesn't follow any iPhone design principles (navigation, buttons, feedback, states, etc are all unfamiliar) and it's horrificly slow. It has to "talk" to the server for every action you take, and I don't think it's caching anything. That means the 5th time you view something it's as slow as the first time. It's like visiting a website on dial-up Internet in '94. Jeezus, this thing causes me so much pain.
