This has to be one of the most cumbersome apps to use, which is totally at odds with the line of fantastic machines Nespresso has released. I run a mobile startup, so maybe my standards are high, but the developers who built this created something that's barely usable. It doesn't follow any iPhone design principles (navigation, buttons, feedback, states, etc are all unfamiliar) and it's horrificly slow. It has to "talk" to the server for every action you take, and I don't think it's caching anything. That means the 5th time you view something it's as slow as the first time. It's like visiting a website on dial-up Internet in '94. Jeezus, this thing causes me so much pain.

Oh, and it works fine for the US market.
My total was delivered in dollars and the items are shipping to my US address. Not sure what the problems the other users are having?

Crash
I did the update on December 28, with this update the app crash more fast than the previous one. The developer need to test the update before release to the public. This is not good for the Nespresso brand. I am a Nespresso consumer and I was waiting for this app for a long time. Do Right at least once.
