Coffee lover
Downloaded app even though reviews were not great only to be proven that they were correct. Checkout process failed multiple times as transaction did not go through. Didn't spend an hour like previous reviewer but very disappointed. Nespresso has a great product but app needs some serious work.

Messy shopping user interface
(updated review May 2011) the app has greatly improved, at least I can successfully place an order now. But small bugs are still present eg a trailing whitespace in your credit card number rejects the nr and requires you to reenter all payment details. ----- Nespresso should should hire a user interface specialist to fix the messy shopping user interface. The "Add to basket" button is unnecessary and therefor confusing. Moreover this app is a mix between native iOS UI and HTML pages which make it look and feel amateurish and un-app like. But hey, the app is free :-P

Worked for me.
Loaded it, logged in, placed my order. Once the order was placed, however, the final page couldn't load. But a quick check my email, and there was the conformation of my order. easy-peasy.

Terrible app!!
Very poor interface and buggy. Didn't let me modify my address. Wonder where my capsules will wind up?! Order email is terrible as well. Nespresso should be ashamed of this garbage.

Pure garbage
Was really hoping for months now that they'd fix this app. Can't even start an order process. Well, time to delete this app. Massive disappointment. Seems like this is the exact opposite of the rest of the company. Someone should be fired for this massive waste of time.
