Tried twice to do an order and never went through. But surprise! After i tried days later with my laptop guess what? I received three orders at the same time. DON'T PLACE ORDERS THROUGH YOUR IPAD!!!!

Still broken
I've tried several times over the past six months to place an order with this app -- always unsuccessfully. Since it was recently updated, I tried again. The order seemingly went through fine, but no confirming email and 5 days later, no delivery.

This app is broken
The previous version wouldn't allow me to order less than 50 of any single capsule. While this version has at least fixed that issue, it did not give any feedback when I attempted to finalize the order. If it hadn't been for going to the website, I wouldn't have known my order was successful. And you know what? That's what I'll do from now on. The utility of this application is marginal, at best. You're better off ordering via the website. Pity.

Super Convient
App works great and makes a great platform, Nespresso, even better. I am also happy to say that I just compared Nespresso capsule prices to both Krugg and Illy and they are much cheaper. I haven't tasted Illy's product yet but Nespresso is much better than Krugg.

The app said my order wasn't going through so I did my order online. Then I got 2 emails confirming 2 orders!

Works fine
First make sure the account information at the website is correct, minimum order is 50 capsules same as website. Much easier than ordering from the website. People with issues need to go on the website and make sure their account info is accurate, then just order from the ios device with auto billing.
