It feels like I'm using an app that is 10 years old. The slow and crappy interface takes away from the mobile banking experience.Needs iPod to support iPod, doesn't work on my device. Also the design is far from appealing.

I can't log in...
I have tried to log in to this app several times and cannot. I keep getting an unrecognized info alert and am told to call the bank. However, when I log in on a PC I have no troubles at all.

At least 50% of the time when I log in to check my checking/savings account status I get an "Unavailable" reading. Really pisses me off when I'm trying to make transactions and cannot!!!

Pending charges?
Lately my amounts have been extremely off. I deposit about $300 and it says I only have $150 not including the minimum amount needed to keep the account open. Are these pending charges that haven't shown up in the list of transactions but they're already deducted? If so please change it back to it showing the transactions. It makes me think I have more money than I do.

Completely dysfunctional - Update 1/26/15
Update 1/26/15 After back and forth emails with neighbors, they asked for my phone number and confirmed the option has now been added. Sure enough, when I logged into the app, mobile deposit was now an option. I'm confused why the option has to be added by customer service. With my previous bank, the option was built into the app by default. Regardless, it seems to work now but I'm still counting off a star for the hassle and it not being built in the app. I registered my phone number on the self service tab on the website and tried to download the app. There was no option for mobile deposit. I have all the tabs at the bottom except deposit. So I deleted and reinstalled the app to try again. Now it won't let me log in because it keeps asking me security questions that I never gave answers for on initial setup. It literally won't ask me any of the security questions I gave an answer for and just recycles every single question no matter what I type in. Please hire a dedicated software developer and improve your app. The most dysfunctional piece of software in recent memory.

For those having issues with mobile deposit (like I did). You must first log onto the desktop site for neighbors FCU and go to "self service" then "mobile banking" then follow the steps to "add new device" once you successfully register your device, the option for deposits will appear in the app.

Even the commercials playing on television advertise the mobile deposits. No mobile deposits on app. No option. No upgrade.
