Works just fine
Glad I don't have to do math as I move through 5/3/1. Also not sure why one user thinks women would train 5/3/1 and differently than men would.

Best strength training app!
I'm so glad I found this app. I read Practical programming for Starting Strength and this app is everything I need for programming and tracking progress. Thanks for making this app and offering it for free!

Comes in handy planning workouts.

Great application
However it would be more successful if there was an option to enable imperial measurements. It would broaden the target audience. Also a more readable typeface with higher contrast color scheme would make it easier to read at a glance. Looking forward to see how this develops.

Pretty good so far. Room for improvement.
Interface is nice, maybe an easier-to-read font. Tracking and charts are beneficial. The rest timer is a little wonky and could use a little more work/more options. Other than that, it's working out for tracking SS for me.

Best iPhone App I've Used
Big claim but true. This app has helped me in so many ways. Details of form and lifting technique, macro recommedation for bulking and cutting. Reminders after a workout of macros to immediately eat. Being able to switch programming (SS to Madcow) while keeping my goals in sight (progressing from a beginner to lightly trained so far).
