Great app!
I can't say enough good things about this program. It has all the best programs and is easy to use. If you follow the program, you WILL make progress. The workout is brutal. Relentless. Effective.

Pretty good
Good weight lifting plans and lots of extra info on the how and why. Would give five stars but the user interface is somewhat complicated and hard to use.
