Awesome!
Highly recommend. I've tried and used several others in the past, but this is by far the best weight training app available. Takes all the guesswork out when in the gym. Only thing that would make it perfect is an integrated barbell weight calculator.

Ok but needs improvements
12/3 update- upgraded and went to view charts and the app crashed. It crashes everytime when I try to start it up now. Please fix this. ----------------- Would like to be able to see and export past workouts. Also the warm ups are off. Also would like to add notes to sets and the ability to reset a weight according to starting strength guidelines when I fail to complete the set.

Update Broke App
The App was alright. Took me time to figure out how to use the 5/3/1 portion (it's the reason I got this App). Been using it for a month and enjoying it. Saw there was an update and got excited! Then after update, all data loss and App will no longer launch. Crashes right away. iOS 6.0.1, iPhone 5. Please fix!!!!

Crashes after modification
I modified the 5/3/1 template to the Big but Boring and now it crashes and won't let me even enter a workout. Still needs more debugging.

Extremely thorough
I like researching things that are new to me. I've been slow to get into weightlifting because of the fear of injury. This app isn't just for tracking of your workouts, it's also a personal trainer in the form of an app. It's written extremely well.
