Horrible skipping, all resolutions
Everything I play via this app (plus their Flex app, which is required to play most formats) skips horribly, no matter whether I'm playing 720p or 240p video. I'd say I get an average of 0.1 seconds of moving video every second. My other devices all stream from my DLNA server just fine with no lag, so the problem is the app, not my network. Glad I didn't buy the full version -- if it actually played video smoothly I'd buy it in a second, but this is unwatchable. On the plus side, it did quickly detect all of the DLNA servers on my network. UPDATE: Even when I download the files to play locally from my iPad, I have the skipping problem. So I think this is a shortcoming of the decoder software, not the network component.

Awful
Doesn't work at all. The thing with only using the first 3 items in a folder is outrageous. Also, when i watch a video and say i hit the home button i have 2 start the video from the beginning. It says to get the paid version, but i can't find the paid version in the app store. This app needs serious upgrading.

Excellent on IPAD2
This program works as advertised. I have a Buffalo server which I can stream music and video to DLNA clients. My preferred music format Is the FLAC format. This APP on my IPAD2 streams my FLAC music from my Buffalo server perfectly to my IPAD. I use a Cisco WLAN AP on my home network and Gig switches at the core.
