Invalid URL error everytime. Followed video instructions. Nothing was said about this error on the website. I use PhotoTransfer. Quick, easy, reliable and can go from my Mac to iPhone, iPhone to iPhone, or either to/from iPad. For me, 3 error messages with no clear troubleshooting guide = delete. I need to watch a 12 minute video to use an app? No thanks.

Exactly what I was looking for!
Once in a while, I come across an app that makes me think, "this developer gets me." Everything about MediaTransfer--from the "spousal friendly" reminders to the flexible file and folder naming conventions--make it seem like it was designed for my exact situation--making transfers of my photos and videos (the only thing I really care not to lose on my and my wife's iPhones) easier. The only other things I'd like to see from this app are: (1) scheduled/automatic background transfers, and (2) the option to delete the photos/videos off the iPhone when thw transfer is complete. I realize these are limitations imposed by Apple though, so I'm giving this app 5 stars for doing everything I wanted it to do within the bounds of what Apple allows. The developer even mentions that he's working on the ability to delete pending approval by Apple. Just another reason I think this developer and I share the same philosophy about what we think this app could and should do. Well done and looking forward to the next rev!

Great once you get it working!
This app is very useful and there's nothing like it anywhere on the App Store. If you have a ton of images in your camera roll it takes a long time for the app to go through them before downloading. I would suggest downloading them to your computer, via USB and iphoto or whatever, and then deleting them from the camera roll. If you still want them on your iphone just sync them back via itunes as an album. Once my camera roll didn't have over a 1000 images in it the app worked great. Also when adding a custom file path, to the upload folder, if one of your folder names has a space in it you need to add a %20 for each space like this ftp://computername.local/Pictures/iPhone%20Pictures/ . The developer said he was going to fix this in the next update however. This app is the best way to upload images to your computer without using the USB cable! If you have a problem with the app the developer is great about helping you figure it out. Very nice guy, and patiently will help you get it working.

Nice App
Little geeky to setup, but after you go through the steps it works very well. Not sure why there are still ads after you pay for the app, but they're relatively unobtrusive. Looking forward to updates with new features. Great job!

Great job
All I wanted was an FTP sync and this is the best out there. It would be nice if I could also pick and choose for manual upload. Sometimes I might want to upload one file. Also a sync only photos or videos option would be cool. Maybe even multiple FTP support? Great job overall
