Favorite Fitness App
Great app for tracking your workouts and nutritional intake. I no longer have to carry my workout plan on a piece of paper around the gym. I can just check out my routine on MDWorkout. Making changes to my routine is easy too. The videos are very clear and helpful. Another great app by LifeApps.

Workouts on the road
I am a pilot and spend a lot of time in hotels all around the world. This app is so convenient for me as I often do my workouts in my hotel rooms. It's simple and effective.

Amazing app improves workout effectiveness
Great app! Being able to track my progress is a powerful motivator. And, finally, an app that organizes workout categories by color code lets me get a complete and effective workout by major muscle group while using a wide variety of exercises so my workouts don't become repetitive and boring. Highly recommended.

Great start
I just used it for the first time tonight and am excited! I was primarily interested in the yoga/core strength options. I bought the added yoga videos and love that each segment is short and the poses flow together. However, sound would be a significant improvement for 2 reasons: 1) so I would know when it's time to move onto the next pose. (I can't do the pose and watch my ipad at the same time) and 2) so the narration could offer a suggestion for modification (for instance, putting your foot on your thigh for tree pose is pretty advanced and it would be nice if it told me its okay to put my foot on my calf to start, etc) Also, I love the potential of the my workout option, but I'd love to be able to put my yoga videos into a 'playlist' for example. Looking forward to what else you come up with!
