Nice when it works
Good first step to enter codes but it's been buggy lately .

Needs to maintain login
The option to keep the user logged in isn't working now, it used to. If I have to enter my email and password every time I use the app, then it is of no use. I will go back to texting codes. Entering the codes via the app was better since you receive immediate feedback. And in the case of an error it is easier to correct and resubmit. Would be a shame to lose that.

Stopped working
Was working fine until the other day, then just quit. Won't take the code, just sits there.

App is clown shoes
This app is terrible, just like the site. Aside from being hideous from a simple design perspective, its full of incredibly amateur problems like text being partially off-screen, lack of error handling (sometimes you enter a code and it pops up the loading thing for half a second and then just sits there looking at you), &c. It’s also a usability nightmare. Some of the functionality just opens up the (equally horrible) mobile MCR site in Safari. It makes you manually click the text field on the code-entry screen (why doesn’t it just open up the keyboard? what else could you possibly want to do on that screen?). If you accidentally mistype a character, it takes you to a screen where you can click an individual letter to re-type it, but the fields are tiny and the behaviour is insane (e.g., you want to delete two characters, so you press the Backspace key twice… and it deletes the character IN FRONT of where you were typing ???). Just using the SMS function of the service is probably the way to go.
