Was good...
The app was great - up until I updated the OS yesterday to 6.1. Now it doesn't open to the kids email screen and won't let me get beyond the parent login screen. I thought maybe it was a forgotten password, but on the "Forgot Password" link, it just sits and "thinks" without pulling up any prompts. It was a great app and working really well... was.

Several problems
In theory this is a good app, but... 1 . I set my son's account so I would have to approve his email but the function did not work 2. Each time I log out and into the app, it re-sends all of his previous email 3 . Maily lost my account login info so I can't post feedback or log into the account from the Internet. I have deleted this app.

Has potential
If this wouldn't crash every time I or my 9 year old opens it, it would be lots of fun.

It appears to be a great concept
It offers 2 options at start up. Connect through Facebook or email. I don't want child's info on Facebook. So I choose email account. It was a bit glitchy to login. When the concept of a family privacy protected interactive area for young children is perfected I think it will be great to keep grandparents and relatives connected. These folks are probably on the right track.

I wanted to love this app so much for my son, but it crashes each time he's trying to open an email I sent him. Beautiful interface, shame on the crashes.

Great! (despite some glitches and bugs)
I downloaded this for my 7 year old daughter because she sometimes asks me to send an email for her to her grandparents. I expected he to try it once or twice, send an email or two and be done with it. But she LOVES this thing. She makes drawings, takes pictures of herself, types things up sends them off to her various grandparents and family around the country. She loves checking to see if she has a response. There are glitches: if a family member responds with text only it shows up as a blank square in my "monitoring" email, how to sign up for an account is unclear and almost made me give up before starting, etc.. but overall greatness is worth dealing with the bugs.
