Deposit feature is horrible
The deposit feature has always been a problem no matter what time of day I try it. Takes forever for it to load and frequently crashes when it does. Tried contacting telebranch and they did nothing to try and resolve this.

Great App! Just 1 suggestion.
Love the app. Thank you. I wish we had the option in settings of whether we wanted to be logged out automatically if we leave the app. We all get sidetracked in our multi-tasking and it gets annoying to have to log in again. Especially when I want to use the calculator on my phone. Or, maybe at least put a basic calculator IN the app so people don't have to leave the app to do their calculations. Have a great day.

Members 1st app/deposit
To begin, I have already deleted and reloaded the app after the IOS update. this did not resolve the issues. I have been having problems with the deposit feature of this app since day one. I have deleted and re-added the app but still an issue. When I create a deposit, the app almost never captures the picture the first time and I have to retake it. Then after this happens, it gets hung up immediately after submitting the deposit and will not go back to the main menu. I can close out of the app but then when I relaunch it, I get a loading message and the app never connects me to the login page. The only way to work around this is to reboot my iPhone and the. It works again until the same thing happens all over again. Please work out the bugs for this app and send us an update. Thank you! Frustrated

Works great
I had the same problem as everyone else and I just deleted and reinstalled and everything is updated and works great. Love this app.

Need to reinstall
For those of you complaining about the app not updating you transactions lately you need to delete and reinstall the app after updating iOS. I do not know why this needs to be done but it worked for me. I have used the app for a long time and it works better than advertised.

Stopped updating
App worked perfectly for months then stopped working. Called Members, they said its cause they changed it for iPhone 5. Said a delete and reinstall should fix it. Trying that now, cause I do love the app and use it every day.
