When you add the effect it lets you move it and rotate it.. But you can't rotate it and then move it..

LOVE this app.
The app literally has every bokeh design you can think of... It is very simple to use but the one thing it could use improving on is the ability to paint the bokeh on where u want it or size it differently.

Fun but needs work
This is a really cut app but its not worth the money yet. You can't change the opacity or rotate the effects which is a big bummer. I'd probably use it a lot more if it had those two functions!

Regret Wasting the Money
While this app has very pretty bokeh effects, I sorely regret throwing away $1.99 on it. You cannot change the opacity or size of any of the effects, so they overwhelm 95% of the photos with either too much effect, or too large of an effect. Also, you're suppose to be able to both rotate and move each affect around, however, I can only do one or the other. If I rotate the effect, the rotation disappears as soon as I try to slide it around a bit, and vice versa. This app should be free. If I could do it over again, I wouldn't even pay 99 cents for it. Go with LensLight (excellent) or Bokehful to truly get your money's worth, and get fun, useful apps. Skip Lumiè until they either give it away for free, or have some major updates to vastly improve it.

Nice Interface but Limited Capabilities
I wouldn't recommend this app unless you can get it free. If you're looking for a comprehensive bokeh app, Lumiè is a little below average. I regret paying for this app because I have better ones like PicFX and LensLight. The reason why I don't like Lumiè is (1) limited variety of bokeh shapes/patterns that I'd actually use (such as basic orbs)– it has unique but kinda hard-to-use bokeh; (2) inability to truly skew/tilt the bokeh– even though you can move the bokeh around a little and rotate it 360° from the center, you can't do both– so you're very limited; (3) inability to edit– you can't change the bokeh color, opacity, brightness– you can only choose from "Normal", "Shine" and "Dark". Most of the time, the bokeh overwhelms by almost entirely covering or excessively darkening your photo. The best thing about this app is the way it looks, which is kinda cute... but that's about it.

Overall great, but some significant drawbacks
This app is really nice in concept, and has an impressive variety of realistic bokeh effects to choose from. There are some stipulations, though. **For example, in light of the new update (though I do love the rotate feature), upon rotating a bokeh filter, it reverts back to the original when you try to move it.** I feel as though that issue REALLY needs to be addressed in future updates. In addition, it crashes quite a bit, which really does get horribly frustrating. Overall though, I'm pretty happy with the app; I know I'll come to love it with future updates to correct those few problems.
