Terrible at Joining Channels
I was unable to connect to my favorite irc chat room. It keeps giving error messages with telling how to fix them. Also, there are no clear instructions.

Only WORTHY free IRC client.
It gives you an easy enough UI so it isn't very confusing. It's downright simple if you know your servers, or have used IRC regularly. I would easily recommend this app over a paid client.

Good App. Does what it says.
I don't understand why everybody is giving this app bad reviews. It could use some more features like colored texted. But still a great app.

All right, Needs more basic features
The app is really nice, but it doesn't really meet most of the irc power users, such as no /me features, disabling you from performing actions. I would like the devs to add something like a /me or /action command. It also needs mirc colors compatibility or rather a feature to let you use colors. I also would like to see an ability for you to add alias or shortcuts for commands such ad /join to /j and stuff like that. I also would like to see the messages on the same line as the nicks are, so it won't screw up some of the ASCII's. Otherwise, it's the best free irc app in the apple store.I would rate 5 stars if you would be kindly enough to add those features.

Doesn't work
I installed this app. Then I added the freenode network to it. After that, there were no buttons or instructions on how to connect to freenode. There was a list of commands and a place to type them at the bottom, but until you have connected and are on the network and in an IRC chatroom these instructions are meaningless. There is no way to add your frequently joined chatrooms to a network. Nor did I ever get to see what the chatroom interface looks like. I was never able to connect to freenode nor was I able to see the chanserv notices or nickserv notices. The developer does not appear to have spent much time testing the app. It is a shame as we need a good free IRC app.
