Barebones IRC client
When you first get into this app you are presented with several blank windows. The thing that is getting users is that there is no initial setup screen, the user is left to fend for himself. To get it set up you have to click on the "edit" button in the top left hand corner in the blank channel list. That will open up a window that you can populate with the connection data. It doesn't have a list of IRC servers so you will have to get the address for your favorite server manually. You also have to add the channels manually. Nickserv works perfectly with the mibbit network. It does lack the IRC colors and emoticons you usually see with other clients, so forget playing a game of IRC UNO with it. It also lacks separate tabs for PMs grouping them into one window, forcing you to do: "/MSG Nick message" every time. Bottom line: What it does do, it does well, just don't expect anything fancy. It also lacks features that most users find handy (I'm still trying to figure out what that play/pause button does) bottom line: it's a chat client, nothing else... Feature requests: 1. A first time startup wizard - this would help first time users get everything set up. 2. Separate PM tabs - this would simplify a lot of things.... 3. Interpret the color commands - let's get some color text in it. 4. Emoticons - not a must, but a great visual enhancer. 5. More channel commands - give the ops more power with a few more options like kick and/or ban, halfop, voice, etc. Also some channel commands would be nice as well...

Limited features
The guy who wrote didn't incorporate any real features, you can talk in a channel, and op/deop people... No commands...

Doesn't work
There's no way to connect to a channel. The English version is missing portions of the ui?

Descent IRC app, once you get it figured out
Once you figure out how to plug in all the perimeters for the IRC you want to log into, this is a descent free IRC app. No instruction manual, so you have to plug everything in by trial and error.

It only gives me errors and it won't connect. Edit: I figured it out :). Nice app.
