Basic UI Design
App OK at best. Preferred improvements: real-time transaction level balance updates, for each transaction (debit or credit) show updated bal, mobile deposit, improve UI styling (font format, bold, colors) looks so plain. Take a style UI pointer from 1sttech. I do like the security and identity recognition. Update: Broken with iOS 7. Hangs on "Confirming Identity".

Worthless app
Hangs at "confirming identity" so I can't even log on. Also no way to make deposits.

Multiple accounts
Poorly designed. I have 3 accounts and can only access 1 of them. The "LOGOUT" function operates more like a "logoff" function, since I can only access one account.

Was hoping for a much needed feature
This app is great.... if you only have one member ID. I have both a personal and business membership with ITCU, which have different member numbers, and the app only allows me to sign into one of these- period! There's no option to log "all the way" out, and enter a different member ID without uninstalling and reinstalling the app. So, I'm stuck being able to only look at one membership ID without constantly uninstalling & reinstalling the app. That's craziness!! Please fix this so that we can log totally out of the app and log in/ or even SAVE the user ID for multiple membership IDs. Thank you!
