A good start
Nice to be able to look at your balances and transfer between accounts on the go, but there is so much it doesn't do. You can't deposit checks. You can't get alerts of activity (i.e, deposit cleared). You can't look at statements. You can't find ATMs or see fees. I hope they continue to update the app to make it more and more useful. Beyond functionality, the UI is very middling. Upon logging in the first time you get a lengthy terms and conditions. Ts and Cs presented like this have no legal bearing and I've never seen an app try to throw this much in your face so quickly, so that was a little daunting. Also, accounts are referenced not by the English account type (e.g. Savings), but by the far more obscure account number, so you see a list of things like "*5=01" and "*1234=02". You have to click on this text that is only meaningful inside the credit union to get to a screen that says "oh this is your savings account". It would be my preference that the list of accounts show "Savings", and tapping on that, gives you the arcane code (at the bottom because what you really want to see is your balance). Smaller issues: The "back" button is square, not an arrow, like most "back" buttons (for example, in Account Details, the "Accounts" button is the "back" button but it's squared off, not arrow shaped). The "Transaction History" button is mysteriously not centered. So a start but I hope they do much more with it.

I've been waiting a long time
I am excited there is an app finally. I've waited a long time for ITCU to put one out. So far so good. It runs very smooth and it seems to be very responsive. What I didn't notice was whether or not I could transfer between accounts. Either way, I am happy to have it. I now must share it with all my friends who have In Touch.
