Not perfect but always being improved on
Each version gets a few new features- it's the best podcast app out there but get ready to pay for it.

Loving it
I don't usually write reviews but I love this app. It is so much better than the crap app apple give us.

Continuing to Improve
Instacast is back to the point that I'm comfortable recommending it again. The past couple of releases have stabilized things, and some features missing from 3.0 are back. Sync is working exactly as it should. There are still a couple of UI quirks — things that I'd like to see refined (show notes access, for example). I finally deleted the previous version from my device, and I'm not regretting it.

Design Fail
This new “tap podcast to play” behavior, which replaced “tap to show info” in Instacast 3 is driving me nuts. I constantly start playback unintentionally. Oh yeah, there's an “i” button for show notes now - which is too small, not to mention it's unavailable during download, because the space is occupied by the progress bar. If it an't broke - don't fix it! I guess the app author has never heard this saying before.

Best Podcast App Available
When Instacast 3 originally launched it was missing a couple features that Instacast 2 users expected to find. Through a couple small updates Vemedio has put everything back in. With these features added back into Instacast it is extremely easy to recommend. It's new coat of paint is slick, and updates from 2 to 3 make it well worth the upgrade. Checking for new podcasts seems to take about a third of the time it used to, and when you have a ton of subscriptions, that is a huge plus. Vemedio's take on cloud syncing is also great. It has worked flawlessly for me, podcasts and places are just there on both of my devices, and that is exactly how it should be.
