No steps forward, two steps back
I feel like every update that gets pushed, the quality degrades. Thumbnail caching made the app slow. Unnecessary push notifications that remind me I cant download episodes whenever I leave wifi when it NEVER did it before. Sync that never works quite right. If this keeps up, I'll probably try a competitor such as downcast or pocketcast. So disappointing especially since version 2 was close to perfect.

Erased my subscriptions
This update erased all my subscriptions from my mobile devices while keeping them on my desktop. Please fix.

Great App!
Love using this app on iOS 7. Sync with my MacBook Air is super useful as well.

Just get it.
Amazing iOS7 design. Best podcast app hands down. Ignore the negative reviews and whiners.

So long.
I’ve been an Instacast user for the past year, and it’s been one of my favorite apps. However, once Instacast made the jump to iOS 7, it became an awful experience. While the app looked great, it began to freeze several times a week. I would have to shut off my device and restart to get everything working again. Unfortunately, the glitches were enough to make me ditch the app entirely and start looking for an alternative.

Sync no longer works, buggy interface
Used to work phenomenally. Now only works occasionally. Sync across devices (including OS X) is what sold it to me since I like to listen to podcasts on my laptop, especially since I can let my laptop download all the episodes and peer them to my iPad and iPhone quickly; but now that it’s broken it’s completely worthless. Also a few regressions in terms of UX: skipping forward or backward isn’t obvious, “play next”and “add to up next” is confusing, and there’s no way I can see to mark something as played. Will re-evaluate but for now I’m back to Downcast. At least until Overcast comes out.
