Pocket Size App for the Gym
Cool App for the gym. i use it to store exercises that are not in my regular workout; the animations are a nice bonus tied into an extensive database. there is room for improvement with future updates, but i like it.

I MUSCLE puts the muscle into fitness apps
After first discovering the I muscle app on my roomates new Iphone 4 s, I quickly became fascinated at the level of detail that nova put into this app. Besides the wide variety of angles and views, the app provides learning for those looking into understanding the anatomy of a muscle as well as its actions visually. Showing its primary and secondary moves as well as stretches shows you how to truly target individual muscles one on one. The app itself covers an extensive amount of the muscular system but is missing some critical ones like the anterior tibi, some hamstring muscles and some intrinsic core muscles etc. Overall this is one of the best fitness apps Ive ever come across. Strongly recommended to!!!

This does it.
I absolutely love this app - I use the iPad version to build a program and then send it to my iPhone version which I take to the gym. I can now do any exercise I want with confidence because I know exactly how it should be done - not from a written description or a series of images but from an animation that I can reference at any time. This for me is what sets this app apart from others. I used to worry about using a machine or doing a free weight routine that I was not used to in case I did it wrong and was seen to do it wrong. This app has given me a confidence in the gym and that has meant more frequent visits. Very grateful.
