oops
I only read one small part on the exercises. the bent over rows. the muscles being used. the most important largest muscle is not mentioned. I've been in the fitness industry for almost 25 years. I am amazed that something so basic is missing. I am afraid to look at anything else. I can't imagine what else is wrong. I guess they just assume everyone knows the basics.. THAT WAS MY ORIGINAL POST I wrote the company . they asked me to point out the problem and said that it would be corrected. I am very impressed and my rating has gone from a 3 to a 5.

Good Idea, Bad UI
I really hope this app takes off, we need a replacement for iFitness and this certainly is better than iFitness. However, this needs a major overhaul. 1.) Buttons are too small to click, text is too small to read. MAKE IT BIGGER! 2.) I am not a doctor. I love all the information but I need to be able to find things a little more generically. Biceps, triceps, pecs, nothing fancy up front. 3.) when I'm at the gym, I prbly won't be fiddling with my phone. Tracking reps should be done after I'm out and made as quick and easy as is humanly possible. I should be able to create custom exercises as well. Do these things and I'll vote you #1

Good app, better if music could be played
It covers most of the muscles in the body, helpful if u want to get into shape and learn stretches and exercises the correct way. Would be MUCH better if iPod or pandora could be played while app is in use. Don't see why not, as there is no audio at all.

Equipment
It would be nice if some of these workouts didn't require equipment. I don't have the time to go to a gym, and I know there are plenty of workout that this app doesnt include, that don't require equipment. I have some equipment in my home that I would like to use but I can't find workouts involving it. I wish there was an equipment section that showed you the piece of equipment(like a pull-up bar) and then all the workouts involving it. Great app though

Great Exercise App!
This app is extremely helpful, but there is just one problem. A lot of the certain exercises require a certain board or kind of weight. But the exercises that just need a floor are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this app for muscle build-up.
