hard time to set and time consuming EDIT only thing was the name of the exercise or clear everything and start over you need to have someone use it at a gym and see how they manage and I don't mean just navigate but input a workout I still recommend to friends

Excellent app for personal trainers!!!
This app is one of the best Ive seen to be able to show clients exactly what is going on with their bodies during any given exercise!!! Thanks for the great work and keep these kinds of apps coming!!!

Major lock issues
Was a great app until it froze up on my touch and wouldn't allow me to do anything. Kept giving message that apps were running in background though nothing was. Online Tips to close & restart may work for iPad but def not for the touch. I'm pissed because I paid for it And can't use it now!!!!

Great!
This app is great! It is easy to use the workouts feature and recording reps is easy! Everyone who dislikes the big names should realize that we just haven't learned what each muscle group actually is. From your basic knowledge you can see where your muscle term is on the body, and then get the real name and learn more about the minor groups. Improvements: 1) Make the workouts section allow the user to do one exercise and then another exercise in between reps rather than having to wait. 2) The lower back muscle is missing?? 3)make it so that you can select a workout that you have already been doing and then see what muscles you are working. For example if you didn't know what push ups work you could search and select pushups from a list and it would tell you what muscles are being used. 4) being able to control the digital muscle and make them move
