Major muscle groups
I would much appreciate it if you could create major muscle groups option. Like instead of all the confusing latin names for every single muscle in your body make a broader category like arms chest back abdomen legs etc so i dont have to click on every tiny pin to find exercises. Other than that this app is extremely helpful it has a very large amount of exercises that will get you and shape and help your the form you use for exercises.

Love it
Very useful app, learn a lot of new stretches and and workouts that I never knew before. The only flaw I think, when you pick a certain muscle the information about it pops up and it's hard to get out of it and tap another muscle to find out information on that one.

Crash issue
After tutorial video it crashed. After re-loading, and rebooting my device, it crashed upon view of calf exercise...just stops responding to gestures and taps...needs more beta testing and it will certainly deserve the stars and such...this was on a 4th gen pod with latest updates...hope you can fix it

Very useful for finding stetches
A great companion to the more detailed Muscle System Pro III, this app will quickly identify common major muscles on an easy-to-navigate body model, then give you both stretch & exercise options. Each of these options includes a clear full motion animation, drawings of all the muscles affected, and a detailed text explanation of the movement. Easy to set up a profile to save movements, and to change order, reps, and so on for your session.

Good app
I'm a massage therapist and use this app to show my clients the muscles they need to work and some exercises to help them do it. Great tool to educate! I do wish it had more of the deeper muscles shown.
