Over all I like the app. The animation is great . very helpful with exercises, but limited in stretches I am very disappointed that you can not view deeper muscles. if they are not visible on the surface that aren't shown. i.e. psoas is barely visible - hip rotator muscles below glutes are not shown at all, adductors are hard to see, spinal erectors, etc. I'm a massage therapist and this would be a great tool if we could see the whole muscle and its attachments.

I use this app in tandem with Fooducate and LoseIt to lose weight and get in shape. Although the interface isn't the most intuitive or iOS like from other apps, the information golden! Not only am I educating myself on the different body parts, I am seeing the different ways I can tone various muscle groups. This app would have had a five star if it wasn't for the occasional crash when working out to a custom routine while listening to music and the two incidences of my progress being lost. Since those are an update away from fixing, I wouldn't discourage checking out this app.

Looks good, but...
I really wanted to like this app; the ideas behind it are great - pick the muscle, preview what exercises can be done, etc. Then I tried to actually use it during a workout. The input interface is difficult to use (at least on an iPhone), you can't edit data once it's been entered, once you have your workout completed, you can't review the details of any previous workouts. It also lacks the ability to add items not on it's list. On short- great to look at and use for a reference, but not useful for tracking workouts. Hopefully a new version will have better functionality.

Great app, EXCEPT.....
This IS an excellent app, and I WOULD give it 5 stars except for the fact that shortly after buying the iPhone app, I got an iPad2. I couldn't wait to install this on it, but soon found out that I have to repurchase the iPad version. So, unwilling to pay all over again for the same app, I opted to simply install the iPhone version on my iPad. Unfortunately, the iPhone app runs EXTREMELY buggy on the iPad, nearly to the point that it is unusable. When I try to add exercises to my custom workout, it shows in the list that it has been added, however when I return to the main workout screen, it adds whatever exercise it feels like, instead of the one I had intended to. So I'm basically stuck using my iPhone to log my workouts. Also it hogs resources on my 3GS. but if you have an iPhone 4/4S by all means, get it, its awesome when it works right. But don't expect to run it on your iPad too.

Please add piriformis to the index of muscles and piriformis stretches! Very good app, but I was especially interested in psoas and piriformis muscles when I bought it. Glad to find psoas in index and exercises and stretches for it, but sad not to find piriformis.
