Just a boy
I enjoy this app but I dont have all of this equipment that's needed to use and I can drive yet so More workout without equipment would be nice

I got my answer!
This app has hundreds of workout routines and information pertaining to workouts. I really enjoy the GUI interface and it functions exceedingly well. There are virtual 3D examples of how a person should execute the particular exercise and works exceedingly well. But what's needed is more workouts that don't require expensive exercise equipment. But overall, this app has passed my scrutiny. I would (and already have) definitely recommend this app to a friend. Great promotional price!

Time taker
I love the idea of the app but it takes a lot of time to choose an exercise.

Interface problems
I was looking or a replacement app for iFitness and Full Fitness since they had been removed from the App store and stumbled across this app. While the detail of the right exercise for each muscle is spot (This aspect is even better than iFitness/Full Fitness) the interface could use a complete overhaul. Clicking on an x to close a pop up is something that should not exist on a mobile device. Also managing workouts leaves a lot to be desired as it is painful to navigate and re-organize. The app is more geared towards research than practical use and in that way it shines. Thankfully I have a backup of the last release of Full Fitness for now.
