It's alright
The workouts repeat a lot for different muscles and to be honest it's kind of basic. If you've been seriously working out for 1 year you should know 95% percent of these..The animations are pretty cool tho, very nice and clear. Was a bit awkward controlling the body an selecting muscles in the beginning but you get used to it.

Excellent Workout Resource
When I showed this app to my master trainer, Joey, he got very excited and setup my next workout for me. I like it because it shows me what to do by example, tracks my exercises and logs them. It does so much more! It is the only thing you need except to "Do It!".

So much missing
How can they completely leave out crucial muscles such as the quads, QL, and iliacus??

Excellent Application!!! Very Nice Graphics!!!
This is a 1 of a kind workout application. Very helpful with nice graphics. It lacks though many exercises I wish they would add like the Reverse Crunch, Arnold Press, Weighted Obliques... I may be asking much, but this app has good potential, why not try to make it perfect!!! Thx. Very good work.

Can't figure one thing
I saw this on the app store and was excited to used it since I was starting to go back to the gym. This app is cool and I appreciate all the different exercises and stretches for each muscle, but I can't figure out how to add more than one exercise to the workout tab. It will only let me see one workout at a time. The tutorial already had three or four on their screen without showing how to do it. Some one please help.

Brilliant
While I would like to see exercises that don't require a gym, that's about all I can think of that's bad. As a runner the stretches and breakdowns are awesome.
