Interface problems
I was looking or a replacement app for iFitness and Full Fitness since they had been removed from the App store and stumbled across this app. While the detail of the right exercise for each muscle is spot (This aspect is even better than iFitness/Full Fitness) the interface could use a complete overhaul. Clicking on an x to close a pop up is something that should not exist on a mobile device. Also managing workouts leaves a lot to be desired as it is painful to navigate and re-organize. The app is more geared towards research than practical use and in that way it shines. Thankfully I have a backup of the last release of Full Fitness for now.

I have just started back at the gym after a long absence. I had been dreading it but then I hadn't reckoned on these type of apps. This one in particular has made going to the gym relatively interesting and far less daunting. I now have a digital personal trainer that not only tells me which exercises and stretches to do for each muscle but then shows me how to do the exercise. I know this will sound odd but having created a number of workouts with their progress reports I now feel guilty if I miss a workout day! Thank you this app really helps.

Awesome app !
There is no doubt that this is one of the best workout apps out there. Few glitches needs to be addressed though, for e.g: the animation sometimes won't show while viewing the workout routine. Great Job otherwise.

This is an unbelievable app!! Ability to select an anatomically correct muscle and to find out what exercises build it is spectacular. The exercises are also brilliant, well researched and well illustrated. They're also unique. Well worth the money
