Horrible
First is not multitask, you can't listen music while you do a workout. The iPhone version has many details that make the buttons too small, is difficult to select. Missing many exercises to add. The database is too small. The only interesting thing is to select the muscle and it will present some specific exercises.

Cool App.
I purchased this app yesterday and have already tried it out. It is really cool and helpful but I guess I should have read more reviews or something. You really need access to a gym or have equipment to do the exercises they suggest. I'm a stay at home mom without a gym membership and I can only do maybe 10% of the excercises.

okay app for stretches, not good for lifting
I got this app for the stretches, other then that, not that great, and even the stretches aren't particularly good. Also, the descriptions of how to do the exercises leave a lot to be desired with the free "gym abc" app having far superior instructions on how to do the exercises. For example, for the bench press, this app just says to grab the bar and bring to chest. the "gym abc" app tells you how wide to put your hands, and other details this app lacks. Also, for keeping track of the sets and reps and weight you do, gym buddy is far better. gym buddy has a keypad to enter weight and reps while thi has that annoying scroll thing which takes forever. The app also does not have workouts loaded, just different exercises, so if you are a beginner, you won't know what to do, you'll have a lot of exercises to pick from, but not know which ones are good. All in all, okay app for stretches, other then that, not good.

I'ts ok
This app has some bugs still that needs to be fixed but i'm sure it will be updated soon. This app has a lot of excercise workouts so I think I got more than for what I paid wich was only $2.

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE AN IPOD 3RD GEN!!! I bought this and then when I tried to sync to my ipod the app would not sync. The iPod then told me that I needed a higher level of "graphics ability" of which I have no idea how to obtain. Only After I bought this product they told me it would not work. Thanks iTunes, you sure to love your customers.

Unbaked Cake
Imagine a tasty cake, taken out of the oven long before it's ready. That's what you have here. I'm sure on SOME platform this is a good app. But for the iTouch it FAILS. I say fail, because although many of the described features are 'functional,' it is obvious that the interface hasn't been adapted from a wider (or different) screen. Words and functions get cut off, etc. If this was a visual bug sitting down 2 or 3 screens deep, I'd say 'looking forward to a fix in the update'. But these interface 'misses' are so bad, that they should be ashamed to sell this in this condition. If these developers were working for me and tried to pass this as 'final,' I'd fire them. I'm not being snippy, but if you're going to charge for apps - even $2 - then you gotta get the basics - at least.
